Pricing
Simple, usage-based pricing. One new matter pays for a year.
Credits power the AI processing pipeline. A typical 10-page PRD uses 2–3 credits. Plans are sized for steady monthly usage.

The math works on a single new matter.
A new prosecution matter generates roughly $6,000–$15,000 in legal fees. At $2,000/month, ALID pays for itself the first time it surfaces a candidate that becomes a filing, typically inside the first 60 days.
How credits are used
A ~10-page “wall-of-text” PRD uses approximately 2–3 credits. A sprint retrospective uses about 1 credit. 100 credits per month is sized for processing roughly 30–40 PRDs and sprint artifacts. Credits do not roll over.
FAQ
What happens when I run out of credits?
Processing pauses until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. Credits do not roll over month to month. The plan is sized for steady usage, not stockpiling.
Who manages the GitHub and Jira connection?
A workspace admin connects the integrations once via OAuth. ALID reads metadata, commit messages, and ticket content; it does not push, comment, or modify anything in your tools.
What qualifies for the Enterprise plan?
Custom credit volume, custom integrations beyond GitHub and Jira, high-throughput pipelines such as academic paper or research-institution intake, or dedicated support requirements. Contact us to talk through the fit.
What teams ask before they start
The lowest-risk way to evaluate ALID is to start with one source of engineering work and review the cited candidates it produces.
Ready to run your first discovery?
Self-serve onboarding takes about 15 minutes. Connect a repository, drop in a PRD, and review your first candidates.
