You may use ALID only for lawful business purposes and only with engineering materials you are authorized to review. Do not use the service to upload unlawful content, interfere with the site, or attempt to reverse engineer private systems.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the materials you provide and the inventions your team develops. ALID, the website, and related product materials remain owned by ALID or its licensors.
Service limits
ALID helps surface invention candidates and supporting citations, but it does not make filing decisions or provide legal advice. Counsel remains responsible for review, strategy, and any patent-related decisions.
No warranties
The site and any pre-release access are provided as available, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue access as the product evolves.
Governing law and contact
