Data we collect
If you request access to ALID, we collect the details you submit on the request form: your name, work email, company, role, R&D headcount range, a description of your current invention harvesting process, and, if you choose to share them, patent volume bands and the engineering data sources you use. We use this only to scope a discovery and respond. We also use Plausible Analytics for aggregate website measurement. Plausible is configured without cookies and does not give us individual visitor profiles.
How we use data
We use request-access emails to respond to your inquiry, schedule onboarding, and understand which teams are evaluating ALID. We use aggregate analytics to see which pages are working and where the site needs improvement.
Retention
We keep request-access emails only as long as needed to manage the relationship, respond to follow-up questions, and maintain ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your contact information at any time.
